| April 17: We met my Aunt and her grand kids and went to an inflatable bounce place. They played most of the afternoon and then headed to Cracker Barrel for lunch. By the time we left their house Dominick was a HOT mess. We had a lot of fun though and it was great to spend time with them since we don't get to all that often. |

| April 18: There's an elementary school behind my parents' house and Dominick always sees the playground and asks to go to the park. It finally stopped raining so we went and ran on the soccer fields and played at the park for awhile one evening. He really had such a big time. |

| April 21-28 I was in California and plan on doing an entire post on that. I arrived back in Detroit quite late so I stayed in a hotel near the airport and my parents came down April 29th to pick me up. We took Kyla and Dominick to the Detroit Zoo and it was the perfect day weather wise. They both had a great time and I was so happy to be reunited with my brown bear. |

| April 30: Dominick had a slight fever on the 29th, but by this morning he was just not feeling it so I took him to urgent care in the morning. They said he had roseola because he legit only had a fever, but by that night I knew it wasn't that...he had croup. :( |

I love the Detroit zoo, it's really nice!
You've been?! How fun!!! It's one of the nicer ones we have in Michigan. The polar bear exhibit is my favorite, but they weren't out on this day
